Athletics Competition

A team of year 6 children visited Ormiston NEW academy to take part in the Indoor Athletics Competition. The team came 2nd - what an achievement! The children had to put their skills to the test in 6 events which included; hurdles, throwing and jumping.

Three out of three! Palmers Cross really are on a winning run at the moment. 
Yet another excellent game against SS Peter and Pauls. We started off strong with four goals in the first quarter. 
SS Peter and Pauls came back with two goals in the second quarter with some excellent movement from both teams. The third involved Palmers Cross running away with another four goals and finally in the forth quarter only one goal was score SS Peter and Pauls. The final score for 8-3 to Palmers Cross. Another superb result!

Netball - Palmers Cross V Elston Hall

Yet another win for Palmers Cross! The final score was 7-2. It was a close game from start to finish with both Palmers Cross and Elston Hall taking on good advantages of play. With goals from four out of six players (Ellie, Lauren, Morgan and Japneet) Palmers took advantage of good movement, good marking and good defending.
Well done to the whole team. Keep up the good work!

Football - Palmers V SS Peters and Paul

Palmers Cross start with a great win!

Well done to the school football team at Palmers Cross Primary School.  They played their first match of the season against SS St Peters and Paul on Tuesday 14th November.

The result was a super 10:1 victory. This is our best result EVER!

Netball - Palmers V Wilkinson

On Thursday 9th November, Palmers Cross headed across the city, to Wilkinson Primary School, in Bilston to embark on the first netball match of the year!

It was a fantastic game and Palmers Cross were able to show off everything they have been working on during training.

The final score was an amazing win for Palmers Cross, with a winning score of 18 goals, to Wilkinson’s 9.
