Well done to all of our competitors for the Trust Commonwealth games 2026. Pupils from all of the trust schools attended Aldersley Stadium and competed in a variety of events from the 800m to the long jump. All of our pupils showed determination and sportsmanship, while some of them came away with medals.

Palmers Cross rocked out this morning when they were visited by Rocksteady - a company who deliver in school instrument lessons. Rocksteady began with a launch assembly and then gave a taster workshop to both KS1 and KS2 pupils. Some children were lucky enough to come onto the stage and play one of the instruments...Have a sneak peak at the video to see the children rocking out!! Across Science week Class 4 have based their investigations on eggs, linking it to their English topic 'Humpty Dumpty' They started the week by comparing the shell of an egg to the enamel on our teeth. They placed eggs inside containers filled with water, orange juice, cola and coffee and waited 48hours.
