Class 1's Poo Experiment

In this lesson, the children took on the role of young scientists as they explored three different types of animal droppings. By examining clues such as visible contents, they investigated whether each sample came from a herbivore, omnivore, or carnivore.

This hands‑on activity strengthened their observation and reasoning skills while helping them understand how an animal’s diet influences its digestive system and the waste it produces. It was an engaging and memorable way to build their scientific thinking.
