Class 6 - Blists Hill
Last Friday, 21st November, our Time Team topic truly came to life as we set off on an exciting school trip to Blists Hill Victorian Town in Ironbridge. Class 8 and the Chocolate Factory
Class 8 has a fantastic day at the chocolate factory. They created chocolate artwork, tempered the chocolate, visited the 4D cinema and even rode the Cadbury cart collecting cocoa pops and milk to make the bars of chocolate.

Class 6's Amazing Fact files!
Mrs. Gormley and Mrs. Guest couldn't have been prouder of Class 6 as they showcased their incredible fact files about Steve Jobs! The children poured their creativity and enthusiasm into the project, resulting in a collection of presentations that were not only informative, but also visually stunning. Each fact file was filled with fascinating details about Jobs' life and achievements, accompanied by vibrant colours and engaging pictures that truly brought their work to life.

Flint and Fire Workshop 🗿🔥
Class 3 had an action-packed, fun-filled day at Laches Wood for their Flint and Fire experience. Pupils made fire and bread, learned about a variety of Stone Age weapons, took part in archery, and even created their own Stone Age jewellery! What a fantastic introduction to their Stone Age topic.

VE Day 80 Years!

VE Day 2025
Today we celebrated VE Day. We learnt that VE Day stands for Victory in Europe Day. Throughout the morning we completed different activities, including; making flags, placements and watching the Big Live Assembly. In the afternoon, we had a tea party on the field with the rest of the school.

VE Day Celebrations - 80 years!
On Thursday 8th May, Class 5 joined in with the nation to commemorate and celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE (Victory in Europe) Day, marking the end of World War 2 in 1945. Class 5 dressed up in red, white and blue. We took part in the Big Assembly and a live lesson with Mr Dilly to learn about some of the events that took place during World War 2 which further supported our knowledge from our history topic 'British Bulldog'.
