All about Eggs!

Across Science week Class 4 have based their investigations on eggs, linking it to their English topic 'Humpty Dumpty'

They started the week by comparing the shell of an egg to the enamel on our teeth. They placed eggs inside containers filled with water, orange juice, cola and coffee and waited 48hours. Once the time had passed they were able to see the effect the drink had on the egg shell appearance. They were then able to consider the importance of keeping our teeth healthy and ways to avoid damaging the enamel on our teeth.
